How to Cancel a Service
When you're ready to part ways with a service, our process is straightforward. Follow these steps to cancel your service the right way:

Visit Our Client Area: Access Client Area.

Select "Services": Once you're in, locate and click on "Services," then choose "My Services."

Choose the Service: Find the service you intend to cancel and click the "Active" button.

Request Cancellation: On the left, click "Actions," and opt for "Request Cancellation."

Decide on Timing: You have the choice to cancel immediately or at the end of your billing cycle.

Finalize: After your decision, the service will automatically cancel. All associated data will be wiped from our servers. Ensure you're certain before proceeding.
Cancelling Domain Names
For domain name renewals, if you prefer not to renew, simply disable auto-renew in our client area.
Cancelling Addon Services
Addon services don't cancel automatically. They need manual attention. To cancel an addon service, send us a ticket, and we'll take care of it for you.
