I do not want to auto renew, how do I make sure I am not automatically charged?

Avoiding Auto Renewal

If you prefer not to auto renew, there are a few steps you can take:

1. Submit a Cancellation Request: The surefire way is to request cancellation before renewal through our client area.

2. For Credit Card:

   • In our client area, head to: Billing --> Payment Methods.
   • Locate the credit card you want to exempt from automatic charges and click "Delete."

3. For PayPal:

   • Log into your PayPal account and access your Preapproved Payments to cancel active subscriptions.
